What I Do
I practice Architectural Agentology: the structural engineering of autonomous AI. By hardwiring human leverage into machine autonomy, I ensure systems serve the institution rather than supplanting it. Machines take the insignificant load so human attention and capital expenditures stay focused on what actually matters.
How I Work
Every engagement opens with a fixed-scope, time-boxed As-Is Architecture Audit mapped to seven foundational layers. I accept a To-Be Engagement only when that audit licenses construction.
Seven Foundational Layers
- I. The Epistemic Boundary Nothing enters the model as fact unless this layer admits it.
- II. The Identity Gate Every actor must present a time-bound, revocable name. Purpose and tolerance ride on that name.
- III. The Action Sandbox Effects may fire only inside declared rooms and declared tools.
- IV. The Latency Toll Speed is priced. Unpriced haste dies at the gate.
- V. The Human Veto A named human can halt any path. The machine cannot override.
- VI. The Provenance Spine Every decision carries an unbroken, inspectable origin trail.
- VII. The Drift Interlock Constraints cannot rewrite themselves without human countersign.
Delivery Track Record
- Ordained the launch architecture of Disney’s MyMagic+ IoT platform and held 99.999% uptime as law from the command center.
- Imposed that same service covenant on Standard & Poor’s global ratings migration and made the stack obey it at planetary scale in live cut-overs.
- Bound a Tier-1 automotive supplier’s financial controls into one instant of truth and locked every machine to that clock all the way to vendor managed inventory for just in time deliveries.
